Calculation Methodology & Info

This application calculates the expected economic value (EV_n) when continuing up to the n-th insemination. Immediate culling is considered the baseline scenario (EV1 = Open cow sale value).

Standard pregnancy probabilities are provided as sample inputs based on literature reporting AI outcomes in repeat breeder cows. Synchronization values are created by applying a conservative increase to standard values based on reported hormonal benefits. These are model inputs, not direct results of a single protocol.
